Starting her culinary journey at just 18, she opened her first pizza store in 1993. Through hard work, perseverance, and a deep passion for food, she expanded her business, overcame unexpected challenges—including a devastating fire—and built a reputation for excellence that spanned decades.

After decades in the restaurant business, Elizabethrealized it was time for a new chapter. She wanted to continue creating high-quality food without the grueling hours of running a restaurant. That’s when the idea of Marathon Pet Food was born. Bringing the same dedication, precision, and passion from her culinary career, she set out to create pet food that is nutritious, wholesome, and delicious—because pets deserve nothing less.
